A really great park! The only downside is that it is near the freeway, but it is convenient. The Wi-Fi is a little slow but improvements are coming. The staff were courteous and friendly and the manager, Terry, is a true gem. We stayed here on our way north and Terry went way out of his way to work out a computer problem we had. He spent the better part of an afternoon working on a solution to our connection difficulties. We enjoyed our stay here so much we have stopped by for another night on our way south.

First the positives - Very friendly staff, activities in the club room (Monday night football) clean. That's it. It was not convenient for motorhome pull-thru one nighters as was mentioned by others. All hook ups at rear of site. Had to un-hook to connect cable & sewer. Did not want to un-hook. Then, the space around the sewer/water connection was concrete with a patch of mud between the pedestal and the rig. Noticed this at many sites so it must be the sprinkler system. The Pads are very narrow and you have to walk through dirt to get to your patio (which is set up for trailers, just like the connections are). But here's the kicker, TL ad says that they have instant internet access at all sites. Nope. They don't. For 39 bucks a night, they really should set it up soon. We will go elsewhere next time.

The park was very clean and well designed, but with some space issues between sites. It has nicely landscaped with lots of trees and it appeared that almost all sites were shaded to some degree. The internet connection was not as robust as I would have hoped for, and the advertised "cable" channels were not there, but a clear signal from their satellite system and the 12 or so channels they did provide. All in all it is a nice quiet place to stop. One big minus was that someone had smoked inside or just outside the back door of the store when we went in to shop. It smelled like a bar from back in the day. I wouldn't give it a 10 like Trailer Life did, but it was ok.

Shame on all the grumblers about this place! It was clean and well managed. The staff were friendly and the pool was clean and inviting. If we had ignored the write-ups on Holiday, we could have stayed here for the 2 previous nights while we attended the Ashland Shakespeare Festival! It nice and quiet at Holiday. The freeway is there but we didn't notice it. There are nice shops near by and some decent Mexican food and Si Casa Flores next door. Give it a try.

Not worth it. Keep on going and stay in Phoenix. Glenyan was dusty and dirty and run down. Full of shabby semi-permanents. Lots of barking dogs and the proximity of the road (noisier than a freeway) made this a real drag. The pool was covered during a heat wave and looked to have been covered for months.
